      At LearnZest.lk, we are committed to providing quality educational experiences and learning resources. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations concerning returns, cancellations, and refunds for educational programs, physical materials, and digital products.

      By enrolling in our courses or purchasing from our platform, you agree to the terms described below.

       

      1. Course Enrollments (Online & Physical)

      Online Programs
      • Refunds for online course enrollments will be considered only if a written request is submitted within 5 calendar days of the course start date, and only if the student has not accessed more than 20% of the course content.

      • Refunds will not be issued for downloadable or streamed content already accessed by the user.

      • In exceptional cases (e.g. technical issues on our side, duplicate payments), we will investigate and issue full or partial refunds at our discretion.

      In-Person / Physical Classes
      • For physical classes or workshops, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.

      • Cancellations made within 7 days may be eligible for a partial refund, based on expenses already incurred.

      • No refunds will be issued once a course has commenced, except in the case of instructor cancellation or major service disruption.

       

      2. Physical Products (Books, Study Packs, Printed Materials)

      Returns & Eligibility
      • Physical products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging.

      • Opened or used books, torn study materials, or items showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return or refund.

      Non-Returnable Items

      The following items are strictly non-refundable:

      • Downloadable materials (PDFs, eBooks, practice tests)

      • Customized or personalized items (e.g., printed certificates with names)

      • Promotional items or products marked as final sale

       

      3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

      If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photographic evidence. We will offer:

      • A replacement at no additional cost; or

      • A full refund, including any shipping charges (if applicable)

       

      4. Refund Processing

      • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of confirmation.

      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

      • We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

       

      5. Return Shipping

      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

      • In cases where LearnZest.lk is at fault, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping expenses.
